I have a friend who owns a 67 2000 of which only about 200 still exist.
I was commenting that he needed to replace the chrome strips, and he
just about died. He then told me that a good set of chrome strips run
about $200 and a NOS set around $1000. Most of the rest of the parts are
the same. They also do not have reproduction sheet metal parts. We are
very fortunate indeed.
