Did one recently on a B.  The easiest way is to use the
new bushing, a socket and a vise:  open the vise jaws wide enough to make a 
sandwich
of the socket (socket ID a bit larger than the OD of the bush) the lever and
the new bush.  Carefully align the new bush with the old one and *gently* 
tighten
the vice jaws a turn or two.  Make sure the new bush is exactaly lined up with 
the
old one and it will squeeeze right into the socket recess.  Spray the whole 
thing
with some penetrating oil if sticks.
