I was going out on my evening constitutional when along the Delaware River
road I noticed a Midget for sale. Fellow says that it's been "behind the
barn, in the woods for the last 10 years" and it looked like it. Engine and
tranny were out but he says he got em. For all this he is asking $250 +. I
told him he'd be lucky to get $100.
Anyway, it looks to be about a 71 - definitely parts car. If you are
interested call Flip at 610 923 6559. He says he has a teenager who wants to
take it for $250 but he's holding out for more. He's an elderly gent so I'd
give him a few days to get over his psychosis - real nice guy otherwise.
Notables: - Wire wheels, dash with all gauges, windshield and frame in good
condition (let me know if you need more specifics and I'll go take a look for
you).
BTW, I have no interest in the car other than being neighborly and passing
along the info (although he did give me a wink while stating "git someone to
take it for more than $250 and I'll split the difference with you!")
