HELP ME, revised!!

No, don't help me yet. Update on my problems with emissions. Since I am
14(and 11/12's) I am going to transfer the title and not license the 72
Midget for 1 year( I Will then be sixteen!) this way I will have a year to
get it to pass emissions!
