 2) Have a pair of Lucas driving lamps. How to wire
 this? Schematics anyone? >>

1. Use a relay
2. Pull power off the low beam side of the dip switch. This will keep you
from using foggers and hi-beams at the same time. Seems to be a no-no in
California, idiotic as it seems.
3. You'll have to visulaize the schematic:

Run a power line (12-gauge wire) from the low-beam connection at the
dip switch (blue with red wire) to terminal 30/51 (Lucas terminal C1) of the
relay. Run 12-gauge wire from terminal 87 (Lucas C2) to the lights. Run
power to terminal 85 (Lucas W1). Run a line from terminal 86 (Lucas W2)
through the switch on the dash and to ground. With this set-up foggers will
go on only when headlinghts are on, and will automatically shut off when you
hit the high beams. Connect teh wire attached to 30/51 (power in) to the
power-in terminal of the dip switch (blue wire) if you don't care about
shutting the aux lights off when you hit the high beams, or to the high-beam
terminal (blue with white) if yu want the fog lights to go on only when you
use the high beams and to go off when you dips the lights. John Trifari
