1 follow the recommendations on the anti freeze it is not car specific.
2 Only use 20-50 oil never use gear oil in the transmission.The stud is
standard it's the same size as the manifold stud. You will have to drill
it out and tap it so be sure you have the stud befre you buy the tap. You
may have to put one of those coil things in the block to get threads to
hold. there are called heli coils I think, any part store will carry them
