Let me ditto on cutting longer blades and then fitting them to the existing
10" hardware. Let me also add that I use Rain-X and rarely use the wipers at
all anymore!!!

I buy blades from WalMart that are at least twice as long as the MG's and
then cut them to the appropriate size & manually replace the rubber in the
old chrome backbone. You just have to make sure the ones you buy bave the
approriate widths to fit in the old backbone.
Works great and & I get twice as many wipers for the same price.
