I live in "unincorporated" Boulder County, Colorado which is about 40 miles
Northwest of Denver and about 15 miles directly west and 3000 feet above
the City of Boulder Colorado. I'm about 15 minutes from the Eldora ski
area which is a nice little (and convenient) place to go winters (*not* in
a Midget, however, I have an AWD Subaru to drive Sept - May).

As to brakes, the Midget had a brake job at about 39,000 miles (5,000 miles
ago) and seems to brake fine. However, my experience with several other
cars around here is the brakes and tires just don't last long esp. if you
drive up and down a lot (which I do).

I had the Midget out yesterday in 90 deg. weather and it ran cool all the
way up the mountain (3000 feet in 15 miles).
