I hear ya, in an overly anxious moment ( had just re-assembled my 1275
midget motor ) I slapped together as mis-matched buncha su parts to "see
if it would run ". Even with egg shaped throttle shaft holes, I was able
to get it running and running well ! (vasaline on throttle shaft ends )
Come on guys, these are tractor carbs, adjust them right and any
remaining problems... aren't the carbs. Rebuild kits are fine,just as
long as you can get the throttle shafts bushed.
