Hi Bob, My new '76 B has a Weber DGV and a short flat "mesh" air filter on top that draws in from the sides only. It has 6 clips that hold it's flat chrome cover on. Are these filters any good, or do they allow too much dirt inside the engine? It looks washable but I don't want to dissolve it with solvent. Any help much appreciated.
