I forgot the original point of my previous post!  I think it would be a fun
event to race (a la the soap-box derbies) LBCs minus engines and trannies
on a downhill-only course.  There's probably lots of red-tape to be overcome
but if anyone is into organizing events, this seems like the perfect place
for all of those project cars to have a chance at actually winning something.
