Steering Wheel

I picked up a steering wheel for my 1964 MGB at Carlisle but now am not
certain it is corrct altho I was told it would "fit."  Should the
correct wheel have three small set screws that contain the horn push
badge and assembly? This one does not. The wheel appears to be correct
in all other aspects. The parts books aren't much help as the pictures
aren't too clear. Anyone have experience with this?
