Thanks for the info.  I'm not anxious to sign up for yet another club,
since I already pay dues to NAMGAR, NEMGTR, and two local clubs. 
Particularly since this one seems also to be concentrated in the
Northeast.   I went ahead and asked for information from Richard, which I
will share with the list if it is any more enlightening than my previous
post.
