Out of interest, I don't think MG/Abingdon was never afflicted with BL 
strike-itus, certainly during the bad old 70's.  Don Hayter recounts (in 
the BMIHT 'The MGB Video') that he only ever had one meeting with a shop 
steward that could be classed as involving a 'dispute' and the problem 
was resolved within the hour.
