having traveled 250 miles and the gas light didn't come on
something had to be wrong, so i pulled over and used my measuring stick
to find out that there was less than an inch of fuel left.
the problem was a broken wire behind the dash.
the solution: reconnect the wire and since i had added a relay into
the brake circuit... used it to pick another relay that added a ground to the
wire from the gas tank sender now when i hit the brakes the out of
gas light comes on
great i know that the brake circuit works as well as the gas circuit...
got the best of the td gremlin
this is addressed to any hams that may be on this list (not
actors....radio amateurs)
i want to add a 2 meter rig to the td and have been looking for a spot for a
5/8 verticle. so far the luggage rack leads the pack. any pitfalls
out there
.... any suggestions?? why?? i have two rigs that are idle and might as
well
use them. am sure i wont hear them above the roar.
how tough is it to turn down the needle in a su?? by turn down i mean
reduce its
diameter.. anyone done it ??
