It does have a fancy name, but durned if I can remember it right now.  You can 
spend 
lots of money and buy it in pretty little containers and ropes from Eastwood 
and 
such.  Or, you can spend a little  bit of money and get a great big wad of it 
from a 
large marine supply store or glass shop.  For what it does, it's the best.
