BINGO! Next time you are in Alcoa, stop by and pick up your cigar.

Speaking of Alcoa, May 3 would be a good time. The local LBC club, Blount
British Cars, ltd, are holding their tenth annual British Car Gathering in
Townsend, TN, between Alcoa and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Townsend is located in the foothills of the Smokies, the most often visited
national park in the country. The scenery is breathtaking, the winding
mountain roads are just made for LBCs, and the weather at that time is
usually perfect!

It's a very laid back event, with participants choice awards given, plenty of
door prizes, and a good time for all.

Townsend is on the "quite" side of the smokies; About 15 miles away is
Pidgeon Forge, a Mecca for tourists of the "Shop and Play" persuasion, with
hundreds of discount shopping stores for Moms, go cart rides and other
carnival type facilities for kids, including the most famous of all -
Dollywood!

For nature lovers, it don't get better than the park itself, with plenty of
hiking trails, campsites, and scenic views.

For more info, call 423-984-8711.

See you all there!

Dan Masters,
Alcoa, TN
