Have you gotten a lot of negative responses on this? I am in Michigan -
for obvious reasons one of the most car freindly places in the U.S.
We have no current smog inspection, safety inspection, or any other
inspections. Belly up to the bar and pay your annual registration fee,
and you're done.
But I am not so ignorant to think that what happens in California
doesn't have far reaching effects. Anyone who thinks otherwise should
think again. I welcome new briefs on what is happening out there, as so
should anyone with an interest is old cars.
