Hey Scott:
I have heard of folks who have taken an old socket (no longer functional) of
the appropriate size and ground down the outside edge to make it rather thin
and sharp. Then once the position of the hole is determined, a whack on the
socket (place panels on a good supporting surface with vinyl side up) should
evenly cut the fabric in a small circle. Also suggest holding your new BL
tool with a pair of sturdy visegrips.
You will have good looking panels with no ~extra~holes in them. No more
excuses "those holes are for extra ventilation...MGAs run hot you know!"
But the best news of all will be the new circle of friends you will develop!
"Why we heard that your' the best when it coomes to cuttin' thos silly holes
in Moss door panels," one chap stated.
Just remember where you heard it!
