Hello all-
Thank you for all of the great advice on my brake overhaul. WHile in
there, I thought that the bearings should me checked.... and I
**misplaced** the spacer for the inner wheel bearing (front left wheel).
It is the thicker of the two spacers- and I found no replacement in the
wheel bearing kit I purchased.
My question is..... how important is this spacer, and can I get along
without it? Is there a way to get it if I need it, since it didn't come
along with the bearing replacement I purchased?
Along a similar vein, the same for the rear drum set screws. With 4 huge
nuts to hold in the drum, are the set screws vital? ( I stripped one to
pieces trying to remove it, &%$#@!)
