That is the correct size (1-5/16)
 It is also the same as the cam nut on the B and Midget engines.
 I found on at a TrueValue Hardware store in the neighborhood.The brand name
is Master Mechanic. 
 It was only availible in 3/4" drive, so I had to get an 1/2 to 3/4 adapter
which is availible from most good tool sources (Craftsman, Snap on , etc)
