        The cable lubrication is handled by automatic drip feed from the 
rear of the engine :)


        Seriously though.  There are no grease fittings so the only way 
to get lubricant in is to thin it and inject via the cable sheath ends. 
 Disconnect the cable and move it in and out to move the liquid.
