I am closing in on the time to begin pulling my engine to put in an O.D., and it is time to call on the collective wisdom of the list once again. Early O.D.'s used a relay to activate the O.D. solenoid. Later cars were wired direct through the switch. I have a late model O.D. Does anyone know how much current the switch should be rated to? I have elected not to use the shifter mounted switch, and am going to source the switch locally. Best Regards, Chris Delling |
