Rjohn:

I had to take that sort of shear bolt off of a Ford pickup last year. I 
used a pair of vise-grips (locking pliers) and twisted the heads off, 
then knocked them out.  I'm not sure the B is set up exactly the same, 
but when I was looking at replacing my steering column this year I 
remember thinking I was going to have to use the same trick.
