Rjohn:
I had to take that sort of shear bolt off of a Ford pickup last year. I
used a pair of vise-grips (locking pliers) and twisted the heads off,
then knocked them out. I'm not sure the B is set up exactly the same,
but when I was looking at replacing my steering column this year I
remember thinking I was going to have to use the same trick.
