Each diagonal red band is placed on top of a wider diagonal white band, =
however it is not placed centrally therefore there is more white showing =
on one
side of the red band than the other. The broader white band should be =
at the
top on the side nearest the flagpole or whatever the flag is hung from. =
To fly
the flag with the narrower band at the top is a distress signal.
At least Americans get to fly their flag, did you know that we need plann=
ing
permission from the local authority to fly ours?
