Yeah, it's hard. Especially in the winter. The paint 'crinkles' as it dries and
it's hard to get it to dry evenly in a cold garage. Build a carboard tent with
one of those ceramic heaters blowing into the middle to let the dash dry slowly
and evenly. If different ends of the dash are different temperatures, you'll
notice that in the morning.
Remember, if you burn your garage down it ain't my fault.
