Yeah, I have a top down hazard story.

I just got my Sprite. Had the top off, had a friend with me. We were
enjoying the open air, talking about how neat of a car it is.

We were driving real slow in a heavy residential neighborhood. There was a
park within the neighborhood in which we drove through.

All of a sudden, a very large sized standard poodle came out from the Park
area and was running at us full throttle! Barking and sounding rather
unfreindly.

Yikes, No windows to rollup! No roof on the car! No where to run or hide!

I grinded it into 1st and stomped the gas, hit 2nd gear, that dog was
running right next to the car looking straight at us at eye level and
snarling showing us his pearly whites!

Did a left turn, did a right turn, hit 3rd gear. Lost that mean ass dog.
Whew! That was close.

I don't drive through that area anymore. Sounds kinda embarrassing to say I
was running from a poodle.
