Stared at that for a long time. On my bell housing there are even 3 tapped
screw holes to hold a cover. But never saw one on A's or early B's that use the
same starter. And no manual or parts list I have checked lists one. I think
they had the same oughta be feeling when they designed it but thought better of
it later.
