I've been given the bad news that the gearbox on my Midget 1500 needs so many repairs that it would be cheaper to replace it than fix it. I have heard that there are alternate 5-speed gearboxes available for earlier Spridgets. Is there such an alternative for the Midget 1500? Does anyone have any information about the gearbox being made by Ken Costello? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Gary Watson |
