The MG Dream Vacation was won by a guy out east near Boston, Mass. He was
notified by phone on October 5th after the late night drawing in Abingdon, IL
(well, OK we were in Galesburg at the time). He was more than a little bit
surprised, kept thinking we were just kidding around after calling him near
midnight. He does not own an MG, but does all the maintainance on his
girlfriend's BGT. He thought it was a neat little gesture to buy her the
ticket, just for kicks. They will be sharing the trip to England soon. He
has also promised to write a trip report after their return, so we should be
hearing more of that later.
Incidentally, he bought the ticket via contact over the internet.
