Doug, Met a guy at a car show in Denver this summer with the same dilema,he wasn't going to do a show car either. He stripped it clean with the engine out, said you can't believe the amount of factory body filling. Anyway to make a long story shorter,after painting it was only natural to go first class the rest of the way. New or refinished chrome, all redone interior, etc. .
