Those paint codes are for lacquer based paints
which for the most part are no longer
available.  In these days of clear coat, base coat
how does one go about getting a conversion to 
the paint that was used back in the 60's.

I am looking for Tartan Red, but can't find it because
the numbers that are listed are for lacquer paints.

Any help out there where I can start to look for it??
