There is always the other suggestion I have read (although I've never had to
do it).
Loosen the knock-off, but keep it on the hub. Drive around in circles with
the stuck wheel at the inside of the turn (passenger side wheel, right turn,
drivers side, left turn). Stop before the wheel comes off the hub. You
shouldn't have a problem here as the knock-off should naturally tighten, but
I wouldn't push my luck.
