MY experience has been with State Farm.  Service is just about intantaneous
because you deal direct with the carier.  Haggerty is a broker that palces
the business with a carrier .  My Healeys, drivers and other stuff have been
with State Farm for many years now.  The problem is I do not know if they
would accept any new collector car business at present.   The collector cars
are on a collector car endorsement at a much reduced premium.
