Graham,
Thanks for the tips on those hoses. I will keep an eye on their ends
for any problems. I don't drive the car except for fun about 3/4 of
the year anyway. The problem of the rubber going bad inside is the
same with the old ones anyway, according to net wisdom, and one of
the reasons that I changed them. It seems that many non-racers have
been very happy with them, but I will report back if any problems.
