saturday, September 21, 1996 from 1:00 to 4:00pm. The location of the meeting is
at the Friendship Auditorium, 3201 Riverside Drive, Los Angeles, CA.
The subject of the meeting is SB501, and the Smog Check 2 laws. These are
the two
hot items that everyone is hearing about on the radio, television, network,
and the
news media, there are as many misconceptions about what it all really means
to you
the car collectors and the average citizen driving an everyday vehicle, as
there are
media reporting this information. The bureau of automotive repairs is the agency
mainly responsible for the implementation of SB501 & Smog 2.
The bureau has agreed to send a Top Representative to this meeting to you the
facts from the agency about Smog Check 2, gross polluters, roadside sensors
and more ... Bring yourselves and your questions for this rare and important

At the North end of the auditorium parking lot is a smaller building used by

Los angeles Breakfast Club Rangers, and that is where the meeting is being held,
plenty of parking.
