Here are some filters I have been using lately on my 72 midget.

I first called FRAM (AlliedSignal) and they recommended the
FRAM PH966B.

Couldn't find that, but Purolator lists a match with
Purolator L10028 (replaces PER28).

And I have used a WIX 51374.
