Okay, I'm confused... :)
If my car was MADE in 1971, as the serial # plate says, should I refer to it
as a '71, or a '72?? My local MG guy insists on calling the car a '72, as
that was the year it was SOLD in. Which is the proper terminology? I
noticed that the pictures in the front of the Haynes manual seem to refer to
a car's year by the manufacture date...
