I removed the radio from the MGA and filled the space
with a blanking plate. The radio reception was never that good anyway
not that you could hear it well with the top down. The radio
was made in Japan and is old. It came with a six or twelve volt
switch and a =ve or -ve ground selector. The sound was so lousy
because it had an internal speaker. What radios were available
originally? Were they as adaptable re. voltage selection and
pos. or neg. grounding ?
