The flaw is:  your damn navigator.  Sure people use the vent window frame to
slam the door closed, but watch carefully, when you drive - top up or down,
see if your navigator has a hand firmly placed on the top of the door with
hand clamped around the vent window frame?  Think there's a lot of stress on
that little piece of bady panel??

You bet your bippy.  It took lots of navigator training - and I finally had
to divorce her - but in 13 years, it hasnt cracked again.
