'48 MG YA info

A friend of mine (not on line) has an opportunity to purchase a '48 MG YA and 
wants to consult the collective wisdom of this list about its value. He says it 
is a good 3 and with a paint job will be a 4. Car is complete and original, 
runs and drives well, no smoke, interior shows well. Car does need paint and 
minor lifting of burl on dash. If there are any guesses on value I will relay 
it to him.
