Can anyone tell me how I can come close
to a serial number of my engine???
The DPO did not have the number, and at
the time I did not know how important it
is to ahve the numbee in the first place.
Now I would like to come close to getting it
if there is some kind of way of identifing
it by other methods.
Can someone who might have had this same
experieince lend an idea.
I would also like to know if there is some
way to tell if it is a high compression or
a low compression engine(of course without
having to do a compression check)???
I have a 67 'B', but I am not even sure if the
engine is original or not.
Any help would be most appreciative.
Thanks
