Morning,
In addition to the trunk-stow and black folding top frames, there is a
third frame which may be encountered and wrestled into submission.
The gray fold-in folding frame, which will knock you in the head and rip
your clothes and for which Robbins made a specific top, was used
intermittently for a few years. This frame was maniacally designed with too
many articulations and is usually changed to a black folding frame.
