Deteriorating Rubber and Car Storage

Hey All..

OK, here's a question which I guess I should know the answer
to, but I don't.

With all the talk lately about cars which have been sitting
for 6+ Months, and all the rubber which breaks down, I was
wondering why the rubber on cars which are driven frequently
(daily, or weekly) does not show similar problems.
