The heck with being a nice guy (they usually finish last anyway!). File the
police report anyway - people that drive like that and dont bother having
insurance shouldnt be on the road anyway! File the police report; she may
have many other incidents like this that the police know about (and you dont)
and maybe another submitted police report will get her butt off of the road
for a while or at least maybe make her live up to her financial obligations!
