If you like the burgundy... paint it burgundy! You're the one that needs to
be satisfied with the color not the painter. Besides, I kinda like the way
the burgundy looks. Hope I'm not too late

Sometimes I am really sorry that I got involved in this project. I just =
got a call from my restorer, seems the color I picked for the car is all =
wrong. I spent at least three hours looking at color chips before I =
picked this one and now the damn formula is wrong. He says that the =
color codes are not always correct and while I picked a good color, the =
formula supplied by the company doesn't match.
I think I am just going to paint it black and get it over with. I never =
liked the black because it doesn't look good on a car with so little =
chrome. I don't think even the wheels will improve it. Considered =
burgundy (look at the cover of the Winter Moss Motoring and you will see =
one in burgundy in the third row back, right side. I like it, but my =
restorer had a fit.... he is one of those purist types.
So, I don't like red, I can't find a green that I like, light blue is =
out (ugh!), white is a possibility although he will probably reject that =
with the tan interior and top that I ordered. He doesn't like the =
burgundy, there is no dark blue, gray would look stupid with the tan, =
yeah, black is probably it.
