In Mississipii, they have safety inspections....nothing at all related to
pollution.....and the fine for an expired inspection sticker? $100 The
fine for NO STICKER AT ALL? $25
Of course this is the state where they passed a mandatory seatbelt law
4-5 years ago, and got around to passing a fine for it this year.
