to set one restored car apart from the other. As memories fade debates begin.
As
a T series owner I have attended events for years. I have seen many a debate
over the correct color of a 47 or earlier fire wall. During the 50`s volvo
conversions on T series was common. Unfortunately many of the period accesories
now cost someone first place.(except super chargers). If you want to drive and
enjoy ,then do what makes you happy.If you want to dislay and show be prepared
for the critics.I maintain an 80 B Le just as it came from the factory. My
prof.
mechanic begs me to do a weber conversion so it "runs Right" I haven`t but I
can`t complain about those who have converted. I stick with my Zenith and fire
extingisher and hope I get the hood open in time!
