Well a chain equals 66 feet, and I'm not sure how long a chian is, but I
do know that an acre is 4840 sq. yards or 43560 sq ft. (or 2 rods by 330
feet. (20 chains ?))
Of course what this has to do with LBC I have yet to figure out (And in a
way I caused this thread by supplying fodder to denise :)
O.LBC content.
I put my B up for the winter on Saturday, All I did was put a couple of
jugs of gas line antifreeze in the gas, and a jug of fuel stabilizer.
(The gas line antifreeze removes water). I also removed the battery and
placed it indoors (My car is in a non heated garage.) I spray WD40
liberally around the engine compartment. I have found this keeps down on
corrision on the nuts and such over the winter, otherwise with our nice
salt air things tend to corrode nicely. Yes thats right I live in Nova
Scotia, the rust bowl of the world:( (Don't take me wrong I love it here)
Because of our nice winter freeze thaw, salt roads, have rain the next day
cycle, six months here is said to be equal to six years in most climates as
far as rust goes. Even parked cars rust away to nothing.
Also I qualified for the concours de-alarms on Saturday before I put my
car away. I came around a corner from stopping going up a hill, and as a
result I kick to the throttle which gave a nice load exhaust sound and
set up the car alarm in a car parked by the corner. Am I the first B to
qualify. (Although it would have to be in the modified exhaust category
as I have a LCB header and a free flow exhaust).
Cheers
Gary.
