Bart,

Regarding your oil droplets out of the exhaust pipe:  It's probably not oil
but rather a combination of condensation and unburnt fuel residue.  The
condensation will always be with you because of the heating and cooling of
the exhaust system.  You should check to make sure your not running
excessively rich in your fuel mixture.  This would not be unusual with the
Zenith carb.
